Do you know there is currently a great demand for online audio content?
This shouldn’t come as a surprise. After all, the number of people who own mp3 players has been on the rise.
The most popular and best selling digital mp3 player has to be Apple’s iPod.
I’ll discuss more about how the rise in mp3 ownership concerns online business owners and affiliate marketers like yourself.
For now, let me give you some proof and examples of the boom in online audio content.
Some of these figures might shock you.
According to the Pew Internet & American Life Project,
- close to 30 million American adults have downloaded music files over the Internet; and
- more than 22 million American adults own mp3 players
Besides these statistical data, you might even have heard of the word “audio books”, or “podcasts”. Do a search on these two keywords on Google or Yahoo and you’ll come up with at least a few million sites on them.
Another proof of the high demand for audio, otherwise, why would there be such a high supply of websites catering to these audio hungry folks?
What are some of the reasons for the boom in online audio content, you might ask?
a) Firstly, the experience of downloading the audio content quickly, hassle-free and in many cases at very low cost or even free makes it attractive for any online user.
Besides using the Internet to do research, the average Internet user basically looks for entertainment in the form of audio and video online.
Nowadays, dial-ups are a thing of the past. With more households connected via broadband, downloading huge audio files become a fast and easy task that takes just few seconds.
This makes audio a viable medium that can be stored online for downloading by users and customers alike, making it an enjoyable experience to be repeated again and again.
b) Secondly, with the increase in the number of mp3 owners, naturally people are looking for audio content to download.
After all, what better place to search for audio content than the Internet?
Besides, people who own mp3 players are most often than not, IT savvy individuals.
The boom in online audio content does not seem to abate, on the other hand, it is increasing each day.
How can you take advantage of this growing trend and even cash-in on it?
The answer: Audio Blogs
Audio blogs, an innovative and creative marketing concept combining the syndication power of blogs
with the demand for audio. The result? A sure knock-out winner.
But first…what exactly are Audio Blogs and secondly, how exactly can Audio Blogs help you make more money?
Audio blogs, or audio niche blogs are just like any regular blog. It contains material or content specific to that particular niche market; for example, you can have an audio blog on dieting, parenting, gardening and so on.
However, what differentiates audio blogs from your normal blog is that audio blogs, as the name suggests, contain audio or mp3 files that readers can download. These audio files are hosted by the audio blog owner and posted as links, which will point to a particular audio recording that can be downloaded by readers and visitors.
Now let’s answer the second question. How exactly can you make use of Audio Blogs to help grow and expand your online business?
One of the crtical success factor of any online business is to ensure there is enough website traffic going to a particular site. Website traffic remains the lifeblood of any online business. Without visitors to your site, there will be no subscribers, no customers and naturally no profits.
This is where Audio Blogs can help.
Since most blogs have in-built syndication power through the use of rss feeds, what this means is that the audio content can be syndicated as podcasts. Put it very simply, the audio content on the blog can be broadcast to new and alternative target markets, consisting of people who subscribe to feeds or podcasts.
These same people are your potential subscribers and customers, and people whom you might not be able to reach using traditional methods of online traffic generation such as pay-per-click, article writing, search engine optimization and so on.
In short, audio blogs allow you to generate additional traffic to your site without additional expense.
Did you know that even search engines like audio? Top search engine like Yahoo has an audio search facility called Yahoo Audio Search. With Audio Blogs, you can submit your audio blog feed to Yahoo Audio Search and list in Yahoo for free. And it’s entirely legal.
If you’d like to know how you set up your own audio blog, drive more traffic to your site and let it run on auto-pilot, visit www.audionicheblogs.com immediately.

Maybe you’ve heard that an article directory can make a killing in affiliate or Google Adsense income, but there are some more things you need to know when you start yours.
Here are the first basic steps involved in starting your own article directory:
1) Get an article directory script.
2) Buy a good domain name that gives some indication of what your site is about.
3) Buy web hosting for it.
4) Set the script up or get someone else to set it up if you don’t know how to set up scripts.
Obviously an article directory script won’t do you any good if you don’t do anything with it. The number one internet business killer is lack of action. You would be amazed at how many people buy everything they need to start an online business and then do absolutely nothing with it.
Once the site is all set up, your next step is to get traffic to the site. Here are some more things you need to do to draw traffic:
1. An empty directory never did anybody any good. The first thing you need to do to get some traffic to your new directory is put some articles in it. No one wants to submit to an empty directory. There are plenty of article directories out there with free reprint articles. With all the other article directories out there that you can use as a source of articles, there’s no excuse for your directory to be empty.
I don’t recommend buying an article directory script that has articles already in it. You do not want your directory to look like everyone else’s with the same articles.
Consider starting an article directory geared towards a niche. That way you won’t be competing with other article directories for traffic. Everyone knows that niche marketing can be more profitable than catering to an untargeted market, and this applies to article directories, as well.
2. Don’t be the only author on your site. Start your directory out with articles from other authors. Then you can add your own articles to your heart’s content. The exception to the rule would be if this is a site where you’ve specifically stated up front that the purpose is to showcase your own work, but you welcome other authors to submit their work as well.
3. Keep your directory backed up. Web servers are more stable than personal computers, but they’re not perfect. Data corruption and hard drive failures on web servers happen very rarely, but they do happen. Many web hosting companies do backups but some charge you to restore from the backup. When choosing a article directory script, choose one with built-in back-up capabilities or choose a web host that makes backing up your site very easy, such as Cpanel hosting.
4. Submit your own articles to other article sites with a link to your own article directory in the resource box. Keep in mind that if you are submitting ghostwritten or private label articles to your own directory, you cannot submit these articles to other sites unless they are significantly modified–I’m talking 75% or more. Yes, that’s right! You may need to write a few articles of your own. This is not a big deal. If you have private label articles, you can use these to get plenty of ideas to write your own articles.
Submit your article directory to the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and other high traffic search engines. Don’t pay anyone to submit your site (unless you’ve got money to throw away). You can do this yourself for free.
5. Syndicate it – Be sure to buy an article directory script with RSS capabilities built in so that web content publishers can link to your site for fresh content for their own websites. One key to continuous traffic is to update your content regularly. Syndication is a great way for your updated content to get re-published over and over again. Search engines love syndicated content.
6. Don’t stop! To keep your site alive you need to either constantly add new articles or constantly promote your site or preferably both.
One mistake I see lots of article directory sites making is that their target market consists of article authors and content seekers. Of course you need authors, but think about it. Are authors really going to click on ads on your site? The people who are most likely to click on ads are people seeking information. Authors come to your site to get visibility for their work, not to buy something. Information seekers are frequently potential buyers doing research before they choose to take out their wallet. Market your directory to information seekers as well as authors and webmasters.
Give visitors to your new site something useful to start with and your traffic will grow from there, along with your profits.

Criticism: My thoughts on this product are that it could be overwhelming to someone totally new to Internet Marketing, but it is perfect for anyone who is determined to make money online with info products. If you get this product and aren’t making money in 7 days, then you’re not following the checklist. So, that would be the only criticism
